I’m a barista from Down Under who’s all about making coffee simple, approachable, and actually enjoyable—whether you’re at home or ordering at a café.

After years behind the coffee machine in Australia (where coffee is practically a religion), I moved to Europe and quickly realised something… not everyone has been let in on the secret of truly great coffee.

I saw everything from instant coffee in hotel rooms to cafés serving Nespresso pods (yikes!). And I knew we could do so much better—without making it complicated or intimidating.
